An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Weetbix Mini engaged in this event on 13th June 2018 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Weetbix Mini was quick to begin. Why Not Grace, Lonnie Knight and Stinga's Mate collided on the first turn checking Lonnie Knight and severely checking Why Not Grace. Fab Reiko and Impala collided approaching the second turn. Fab Reiko and Weetbix Mini collided approaching the second turn. Stinga's Mate and Lucielle Dior collided on the second turn. Stinga's Mate, Weetbix Mini and Impala collided approaching the home turn checking Weetbix Mini.
Weetbix Mini was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right hind leg and both groin muscles. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.
