Steward's Report
Tricky Tron was a late scratching at 2:19pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an elevated temperature. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was take from Calabrese Bullet.
Gnocchi, Calabrese Bullet and Inga Ted were slow to begin.
Inga Ted, Calabrese Bullet and Gnocchi collided on the first turn checking Gnocchi and Calabrese Bullet. Bryden Dora and Geopark Ruby collided approaching the home turn. Bryden Dora and Cavalry Rose collided entering the home straight. Gnocchi raced wide in the home straight. Bryden Dora and Cavalry Rose collided approaching the winning post.
Gnocchi was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left thigh laceration, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
