Steward's Report
Zoro Bale was a late scratching at 12:51 pm on Veterinary advice (GAR 37)(fleas). No stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance, before any future nomination will be accepted.
All You Got was quick to begin. Slingshot Blitz and Dark Star collided approaching the first turn, checking Dark Star. Dark Star raced wide on the first turn. Slingshot Blitz faltered on the second turn and lost considerable ground. Ballerina checked off All You Got on the third turn.
Slingshot Blitz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hindleg back muscle injury, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.
