Steward's Report
Inga Ross was a late scratching at 11:31 am, due to being unable to make it to the track as a result of fires near the Trainer's property. Stewards accepted the Trainer's explanation and no stand down period was imposed.
Slingshot Whippa was quick to begin. Captain Jackie and Lucille Dior were slow to begin. Chief Peekay, Captain Jackie and So It Goes collided soon after the start, checking all three greyhounds. Chief Peekay and So It Goes collided approaching the first turn. Lucille Dior and Notorious King collided approaching the first turn, checking Lucille Dior. Lucille Dior, Captain Jackie and Soda Flash collided on the first turn, checking Captain Jackie and Soda Flash. Soda Flash checked off Captain Jackie entering the back straight.
