Stewards spoke to Mr. A. Norris, the Trainer of Emily's Kitty regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Emily's Kitty last raced on 13 December 2017 and is returning after a right shoulder injury.

Bank Rogue was slow to begin.
Adam Handler faltered approaching the first turn and lost ground. Orange Blossom checked off She's Dee Rocket on the first turn checking She's Dee Rocket. Bank Rogue and Brandeen Bayley collided on the home turn.
Adam Handler was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left thigh injury, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.
