Main One was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained right triangle soreness, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Galea, the trainer of the greyhound Main One regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight  Acting under GAR 69(1)stewards charged Main One with marring. Mr Galea pleaded not guilty to the charge, Main One was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Dyna Evelyn and Ready And Armed collided soon after the start.  Ready And Armed checked off Cruisy's Rose and collided with Bella's Ghost on the first turn.  Cruisy's Rose and Dyna Evelyn collided on the third turn.  Dyna Evelyn shifted out and inconvienced Cruisy's Rose on the home turn.

Mr J. Collins, the representative of Zipping Captain declared a new weight of 31.6kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Zipping Captain last raced at 32.9kgs.

Away We Go was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hock injury, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.
