Steward's Report
Mrs. Jawa was a late scratching at 2.37pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr Travis Howell was fined the sum of $100.
A pre-race sample was taken from Poison Pen.
Two Toes Tony was slow to begin.
Poison Pen and Ninetymile Holly collided approaching the first turn. Gammy's Choice and Poison Pen collided approaching the first turn causing What's Her Name to gallop on Gammy's Choice, severely checking What's Her Name, Gammy's Choice and Two Toes Tony. Poison Pen raced wide from the first turn to approaching the home turn. Two Toes Tony and What's Her Name collided on the home turn. Gammy's Choice raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
Gammy's Choice was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left and right foot, no stand down period was imposed.

The time of the trial was 18.72, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 9 lengths. For You Honey was Not Cleared.
