Flywheel Snowy, Pictures To Burn and Why Not Bazzar were slow to begin.
Blue Regis checked off Flywheel Snowy on the first turn. Why Not Bazzar, Wot Price Boofa and Blue Regis collided on the first turn, severely checking the Blue Regis. Double Black checked off Mother Monster entering the back straight. Pictures To Burn faltered entering the back straight. Flywheel Snowy and Mother Monster collided approaching the second turn. Almani Tee Rex raced wide approaching the home turn.
Pictures To Burn was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left long head triceps (monkey) muscle. A 14-day stand down period was imposed.
