New Lass and Akina Dee Jay collided soon after the start. Ruby's Image and Hazelwood Flyer collided soon after the start. Ruby's Image, Hazelwood Flyer and Mahi Indian collided approaching the first turn, checking Ruby's Image. Akina Dee Jay crossed to the outside on the first turn and raced wide, checking New Lass, Maji indian and Hazelwood Flyer. New Lass and Maji Indian collided approaching first turn, checking Mahi Indian. Oh So Nice and Fleet Trades collided on the second turn causing Fleet Trades to stumble. Hazelwood Flyer and Mahi Indian collided entering the back straight. Captain Risky crossed to the outside on the third turn. Akina Dee Jay checked off Captain Risky on the home turn.
