Stewards spoke to Mr John van Konynenburg, the trainer of the greyhound Definitely Two, regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Definitely Two with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr van Konynenburg pleaded not guilty to the charge, Definitely Two was found guilty and suspended the greyhound for three months (all tracks) and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(b), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr Ian Rilen, the kennel representative for the greyhound Ice Cold Yug, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Ice Cold Yug with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms Brooks pleaded guilty to the charge, Dane Daisy was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Stewards spoke to Mr Rodney Cowling, the trainer of Pictures Of Me, regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Pictures Of Me last raced on 30 May 2017 and is returning after a spell.
