Steward's Report
Mrs. V. Sultana the trainer of Lucky Andy declared a new weight of 32.0kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Lucky Andy last raced at 30.6kg.
Pursuant to GAR 104(6) kennel compound attendant Mrs. E. Delios did not act in any official capacity for this event.
A pre-race sample was taken from Hurricane Craig.
Long Live Sid was slow to begin. Iggy Wiggy and Miss Oreo Mac collided soon after the start. Iggy Wiggy, Miss Oreo Mac and Perfect Hours collided approaching the first turn. Iggy Wiggy, Miss Oreo Mac, Perfect Hours and Hurricane Craig collided approaching the first turn checking Hurricane Craig and Perfect Hours. Iggy Wiggy, Lucky Andy and Bye Bye Boy collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Bye Bye Boy raced wide on the first turn and lost ground. Miss Oreo Mac and Shogun Sammy collided several times from the home straight to the winning post.
Bye Bye Boy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left flexor tendon and right metatarsal, no stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Snyders the representative for Miss Oreo Mac following the event. After viewing all available video footage, stewards issued Mr Synders with a warning regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.
Stewards issued a warning to Mrs. V. Sultana the trainer of Hurricane Craig regarding the greyhound's box manners.
