Bye Bye Boy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left flexor tendon and right metatarsal, no stand down period was imposed.

Miss Oreo Mac was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the left wrist, no stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. G. Snyders the representative for Miss Oreo Mac following the event. After viewing all available video footage, stewards issued Mr Synders with a warning regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight. 

Stewards issued a warning to Mrs. V. Sultana the trainer of Hurricane Craig regarding the greyhound's box manners.

Following a hail storm stewards inspected the track; as a result this race was delayed by approximately 4 minutes. 

Le Doyen was quick to begin.  Veetee Mist was checked off All About Arby on the first turn checking Steinbeck Knew and Soda Storm.  Veetee Mist and Soda Storm collided entering the back straight checking both greyhounds, Soda Storm stumbled as a result.  All About Arby was checked off Le Doyen approaching the home turn causing Steinbeck Knew to gallop on All About Arby.  All About Arby was checked off Le Doyen in the home straight.
