Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Wright, the trainer of Lightning Frank regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Lightning Frank last raced on 3rd May, 2017. Mr. Wright stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a left achilles injury which resulted in an extended spell.
Paraphernalia was a late scratching at 2.05pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer J. Guy was fined the sum of $100.
This race was re-scheduled to start at 5.47pm.
