Stygian and Magic Flora were slow to begin. Sure Load galloped on Zipping Todd approaching the first turn checking Zipping Todd. Peaked and Take Home Sadie collided approaching the first turn checking Take Home Sadie, Zipping Todd and Sure Load. Potere checked off Peaked approaching the first turn. Sure Load galloped on Zipping Todd on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Magic Flora and Take Home Sadie collided entering the home straight checking Take Home Sadie. Peaked and Potere collided approaching the winning post. Zipping Todd and Take Home Sadie collided approaching the winning post.
Take Home Sadie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle muscle injury and split webbing to the left hindleg, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
