Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 32 Mr. B. Divirgilio the representative of the greyhound Inequity contacted GRV Stewards on the 21st December, 2017, to report that the greyhound had developed a haematoma on the neck following a blood sample being taken from the greyhound on Tuesday 19th December, 2017. The greyhound was examined at the meeting today and was cleared to race.
Chasin' Crackers was quick to begin. Van Ann, Royal Intention, Inequity and Quick Jagger were slow to begin. Quick Jagger checked off Fanta Bale soon after the start. Inequity crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Gold Vein which raced wide severely checking Van Ann. Brueghelino and Fanta Bale collided on the first turn. Inequity checked off Brueghelino approaching the second turn. Royal Intention and Inequity collided approaching the second turn. Royal Intention checked off Inequity on the second turn. Chasin' Crackers and Quick Jagger collided approaching the home turn. Chasin' Crackers and Fanta Bale collided approaching the home turn. Chasin' Crackers, Fanta Bale and Quick Jagger collided on the home turn. Royal Intention and Inequity collided on the home turn checking Royal Intention and Van Ann.
