Wadelock Mindy was a late scratching at 12:48pm due to illness (Diarrhoea) (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Cindeen Jates was quick to begin.
Hyperactive and Nash Road Betty collided soon after the start. Nash Road Betty, Air Load and Charlie Haze collided soon after the start checking Charlie Haze. Hyperactive, Nash Road Betty and Air Load collided approaching the first turn checking Hyperactive, Nash Road Betty and Charlie Haze, Hyperactive contacted the running rail. Hyperactive and Charlie Haze collided on the second turn checking Charlie Haze. Hyperactive shifted out through the third turn and raced wide.
Hyperactive was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
