A pre race sample was taken from Platinum Rift.
All Inn Johnson and All Inn Piper were slow to begin. Rellim Diesel, Gotta Sideshow and Penberthy collided on the first turn checking Gotta Sideshow, All Inn Piper and All inn Johnson. Jimmy Flash checked off Rellim Diesel on the first turn. Gotta Sideshow galloped on the heels of Jimmy Flash approaching the home turn. All Inn Johnson checked off Gotta Sideshow approaching the home turn. Rellim Diesel and Lodge's Express collided in the home straight. Penberthy shifted out in the home straight and collided with All Inn Piper and All Inn Johnson. Penberthy, All Inn Johnson and All Inn Piper collided approaching the winning post.
All Inn Johnson was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right groin, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Meeting comments;
Silver Roo trialled over the 390m from box1, weight 26.4kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4.The time of the trial was 22.13, the greyhound was beaten by 13.75 lengths. Silver Roo was cleared.
