Steward's Report
Leica Diva, Weeona Bonnie and Flashing Oaks were slow to begin. Speedway Doll, Dr Sparkles and So Easy collided soon after the start, checking Dr Sparkles and Weeona Bonnie. Zipping Foy and Aquiam collided entering the back straight. Speedway Doll and So Easy collided entering the back straight, checking Speedway Doll. Speedway Doll and Zipping Foy colllided in the back straight. Leica Diva and Weeona Bonnie collided entering the home straight. Zipping Foy raced wide entering the home straight.
Speedway Doll was vetted following the event and re-vetted after event 7. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found
Stewards spoke to Mr Jason Formosa, the trainer of the greyhound Speedway Doll. Stewards deemed the performance of Speedway Doll unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Speedway Dolll must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr Jason Formosa, the trainer of Speedway Doll, regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at box rise.
