Steward's Report
Club Manager, Mr C.Monigatti advised that the track was graded on November 20th 2017.
Telefork was slow to begin. Avatar Vixen and Miss Oreo Mac collided soon after the start. No More and Stand Beside Me collided soon after the start, checking No More. Ledgerwood Molly and Crackerjack Tim collided approaching the first turn. Avatar Vixen contacted the running rail on the first turn and collided with Ledgerwood Molly, resulting in Ledgerwood Molly, Miss Oreo Mac and Telefork being checked, and Avatar Vixen being severely checked. Crackerjack Tim and No More collided approaching the home turn.
Avatar Vixen was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abrasion to the head, and spike wound to the left hind leg. No stand down period was imposed.
