An Out of Competition Sample was taken from It's A Kiss engaged in this event, on the 16th November, 2017, pursuant to GAR 79A.

Pre-race samples were taken from Bugatti Quest and Loch Tight. 

Midgey and Bugatti Mode collided soon after the start. Aston Groucho, Midgey, Loch Tight and Bugatti Mode collided soon after the start, checking Aston Groucho, Midgey and Bugatti Mode. Bugatti Quest and Loch Tight collided approaching the first turn. Aston Groucho checked off Loch Tight on the second turn. 

A sample was taken from It's A Kiss - the winner of the event. 

Pre-race samples were taken from Black Market and Phillip Keeping. 

So Far Away was slow to begin. Phillip Keeping crossed to the inside on the first turn, checking Luna Evening, So Far Away and Lektra Flame, and severely checking Black Market and Zambora Jagger; Black Market stumbled as a result. Zambora Cash and Phillip Keeping collided approaching the winning post. 

A sample was taken from Zambora Cash - placed 2nd in the event. 

Stewards spoke to Ms. M. Bourke regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Lektra Flame. Stewards directed that Lektra Flame be boxed first in future events.

Pre-race samples were taken from Sisco General and Crump's Princess. 

Herambe's Might and Red Rocks were slow to begin. Two Dollar Pots and Our Gal Livy collided approaching the first turn. Crump's Princess and Bont's Magic collided approaching the first turn. Two Dollar Pots and Crump's Princess collided on the first turn, checking Crump's Princess which raced wide. Sisco General and Canya Sassy collided on the first turn. Harambe's Might checked off Two Dollar Pots entering the back straight. Our Gal Livy raced wide in the back straight, checking Red Rocks which lost ground. Our Gal Livy and Red Rocks collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Red Rocks eased and failed to pursue the lure entering the home straight, checking Our Gal Livy. Our Gal Livy and Red Rocks collided several times in the home straight. 

A sample was taken from Bont's Magic - the winner of the event. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Briganti, the representative of the greyhound Red Rocks regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight. Red Rock was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right fibula, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Red Rocks with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Briganti pleaded guilty to the charge, Red Rocks was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Call Me Swift. 

Nitroniun was slow to begin. Penny Worth and Half Moon Rising collided soon after the start, checking Half Moon Rising. Shanlyn Percy and Call Me Swift collided approaching the first turn, checking Call Me Swift. Penny Worth and Fully Loaded collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn, checking Rahni and Fully Loaded. Penny Worth and Nitroniun collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn, checking Fully Loaded. Shanlyn Percy raced wide on the home turn, checking Rahni. Shanlyn Percy and Fully Loaded collided entering the home straight. 

A sample was taken from Nitroniun - the winner of the event. 

Out of Competition Samples were taken from Chatty Garry and Over Indulgence engaged in this event, on the 16th November, 2017, pursuant to GAR 79A.

A pre-race sample was taken from Trademark Rocky. 

Dyna Denver and Trademark Rocky were slow to begin. Chatty Garry and Landon collided approaching the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Landon and Hoof It collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Chatty Garry checked off Landon on the first turn, checking Chatty Garry and Hoof It, causing Trademark Rocky to race wide as a result. 

Chatty Garry was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A sample was taken from Over Indulgence - the winner of the event. 

A sample was taken from Hoof It - unplaced in the event. 

An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Sir Jay Jay engaged in this event, on the 16th November, 2017, pursuant to GAR 79A.

Pre-race samples were taken from Fool Proof and Mick's Angel. 

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 1 minute due to the late arrival of Ms. K. Smyth, the handler of Dundee Tango to the kennels.

Fool Proof was quick to begin. Pacific Power was slow to begin. Sir Jay Jay checked off Faithful Hill on the first turn. Pacific Power raced wide from the first turn to the third turn. Dundee Tango checked off Sir Jay Jay approaching the second turn. Sir Jay Jay raced wide on the third turn and again in the back straight. Dundee Tango checked off Don't Trust approaching the home turn. Dundee Tango and Magenta Gold collided entering the home straight. 

A sample was taken from Sir Jay Jay - the winner of the event. 

Stewards spoke to Ms. K. Smyth regarding her late arrival to the kennels to retrieve Dundee Tango for racing. Ms. Smyth stated that she misjudged the time that she needed to be at the kennels, Stewards issued her with a severe reprimand on this occasion. 

Dashing Impulse, Bella Express and Spring To Wyn were quick to begin. Johnnie Red was slow to begin. Why Not Ginger and Captain Risky collided soon after the start. Dashing Impulse and Bella Express collided approaching the first turn. Bella Express and Spring To Wyn collided on the first turn, checking Spring To Wyn. Spring To Wyn and Captain Risky collided on the first turn, checking Spring To Wyn, Captain Risky, Loch Mac and Swoop And Peck. Spring To Wyn and Swoop And Peck collided on the second turn, checking Swoop And Peck. Loch Mac checked off Johnnie Red in the back straight. Dashing Impulse and Swoop And Pack collided on the home turn, checking Swoop And Peck. 

A sample was taken from Bella Express - the winner of the event. 

Pre-race samples were taken from Heartbreak Hotel and Ellen's Stardust. 

Penny Pop was quick to begin. Dynamo Magic, Ellen's Stardust and Big Bubbles collided on the first turn, checking Dynamo Magic and severely checking Ellen's Stardust and Big Bubbles; Ellen's Stardust lost ground as a result. Iconic Rock checked off Heartbreak Hotel entering the home straight, checking Hello Nimble. 

A sample was taken from Penny Pop - the winner of the event. 

Ellen's Stardust was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
