Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Dashing Dream.
Go Maysie Go was slow to begin. Avatar Djay checked off Fleetwood Ted approaching the first turn. Serious Secret (late Itsa Secret) and Fleetwood Ted collided on the first turn, severely checking Fleetwood Ted which faltered and pulled up. Why Not Kylie raced wide on the home turn and in the home straight.
Fleetwood Ted was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left gastrocnemius (calf) muscle. A 21-day stand down period was imposed.
