Steward's Report
Queen Kate was quick to begin. All In Ollie was slow to begin.
Hudson Flyer (turned its head to the outside approaching the winning post) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right quadriceps and right hip. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr John McCallum regarding Hudson Flyer's racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Hudson Flyer was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. McCallum pleaded guilty to the charge. Hudson Flyer was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
