Stewards spoke to Mr Ashley Welsh handler of the greyhound Watch Me Wyn regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight.  Watch Me Wyn was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left thigh, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Watch Me Wyn with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Welsh pleaded guilty to the charge, Watch Me Wyn was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Ms Samantha Taylor, representative of Slow To Burn declared a new weight of 32.0kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Slow To Burn last raced at 30.6kg.

Ms Del Vigor, trainer of Severus Grange declared a new weight of 28.8kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Severus Grange last raced at 30.3kg.

Vectis Seyarda was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right triceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Miss Twerker was quick to begin. Kamchatka Lass and Lady Lurcher collided soon after the start checking Lady Lurcher. Miss Twerker crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Gold Attraction, Drogma and Simply Good. Miss Twerker checked off Just Curtis approaching the first turn. Simply Good and Miss Twerker collided on the first turn checking Miss Twerker. Kamchatka Lass raced wide thoroughout the event. Drogma checked off Miss Twerker on the home turn. Just Curtis, Simply Good and Gold Attraction raced wide entering the home straight. Simply Good checked off Dynamite Jackson in the home straight. Drogma and Miss Twerker collided approaching the winning post.

Dyna Zaynabi was a late scratching at 10.27am Stewards permission due to mechanical breakdown. No stand down period was imposed.

Destini Baby was quick to begin. Casanova and Swift Bunny were slow to begin. Magic Maldini checked off Mirror Reality on the first turn. Mirror Reality galloped on the heels of Maestro Destini on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Destini Baby checked off Furious Jack on the second turn. Destini Baby and Furious Jack collided in the home straight. Magic Maldini and Swift Bunny collided in the home straight checking Swift Bunny. Destini Baby and Furious Jack collided approaching the winning post checking Furious Jack. Mirror Reality raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to and issued a warning to Mr I. Robinson, the trainer of Destini Baby regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing.

From The Shadows was a late scratching at 7.23am due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Right Off Spot and Shadae were quick to begin. Oshkosh Gypsy and Grey Grouse collided soon after the start checking Grey Grouse. Right Off Spot checked off Cosmic George on the first turn severely checking Right Off Spot, Oshkosh Gypsy, Outta Ammo and causing Grey Grouse to fall.

Dashing Diamond was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left sartorius muscle and right thoraco-lumbar, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Heineken Boy was a late scratching at 10.48 am Stewards permission, due to mechanical breakdown. No stand down period was imposed.

Ms Debbie White, trainer of Shiro declared a new weight of 39.6kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Shiro last raced at 37.7kg.

West Side Jet was quick to begin. Advice Aplenty checked off Horey's Girl approaching the first turn. Suave Odessa and Spring Alis collided on the home turn.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Mystic Powers trialled over the 390m from box 8, weight 33.8kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 22.74, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.25L. Mystic Powers was Cleared.
