Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward, Ms. P. Albrecht did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Maverick Dusty and Logic Lad were slow to begin. Maverick Flash, Why Not Logan and Zonda Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Why Not Logan. Eduardo Rose, Maverick Flash and Zonda Bale collided on the first turn severely checking Maverick Flash and Wrong Given Way. Why Not Logan checked off Zonda Bale approaching the home turn. Why Not Logan raced wide on the home turn and collided with Maverick Dusty checking both greyhounds. Zonda Bale and Logic Lad collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
Zonda Bale was vetted following the event after showing signs of cramp in the catching pen. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Satisfactory Trial results - Lakeview Luke trialled over the 440m from box 1, weight 32.2kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.77, the greyhound won by a margin of 4.25 lengths. Lakeview Luke was Cleared.
