Midnight Elsa was slow to begin.
Cheese Ya later, Kachina Allen, Fool Proof and Mepunga Fame collided approaching the first turn checking Cheese Ya Later severely checking Fool Proof which stumbled as a result. Mepunga Fame and Midnight Elsa collided on the first turn. Fool Proof and Mepunga Fame collided in the back straight checking Mepunga Fame. Flyrite, Cheese Ya Later and Van Ann collided entering the home straight.
