Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Zipping Scarlet.
Diesel Turbo and Brindle Bay were slow to begin. Quick Finance and Greenback Boogie collided soon after the start. Quick Finance, Greenback Boogie and Little Tacka collided approaching the first turn. Greenback Boogie, Watch The One and Brindle Bay collided on the first turn checking Brindle Bay and Diesel Turbo. Zipping Scarlet and Diesel Turbo collided on the first turn. Watch The One crossed to the rail on the third turn checking Brindle Bay.
Brindle Bay was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left monkey muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
