Angel Dash was quick to begin. Abergavenny and Golden Tears were slow to begin. Mano Warrior checked off Valdar Bale soon after the start. Don Lesta and Sienna's Gem collided approaching the first turn, checking Sienna's Gem and Mano Warrior. Sketchy Jack crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Sienna's Gem. Golden Tears and Don Lesta collided on the first turn. Angel Dash and Mano Warrior raced wide on the home turn. Don Lesta checked off Abergavenny approaching the winning post.
