Steward's Report
Olfina Allen was quick to begin. Down Mexico Way, Apex Pro, Sugar Roselee and Texas Rising collided soon after the start checking Sugar Roselee. Sugar Roselee crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Just Like Didda; Just Like Didda contacted the running rail and lost ground as a result. Roger Express checked off Apex Pro on the first turn and collided with Olfina Allen. Olfina Allen checked off Roger Express approaching the home turn. Just Like Didda raced wide on the home turn.
Just Like Didda was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to its left hind leg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
