Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Ms D.Carr trainer of Secret Number regarding the length of time the greyhound had between races. Secret Number last raced on 14 February 2017. Ms Carr stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a left fibula injury.
A pre race sample was taken from Secret Number.
Exit Strategy, Pillar Creek, Tiger Bite Turbo and Jockey Bale collided soon after the start, checking Meila Allen and Pillar Creek. Tiger Bite Turbo crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking James Beat Fed and Secret Number. Exit Strategy and Jockey Bale collided on the home turn. Catsford Allan and Jockey Bale collided in the home straight, checking Exit Strategy and Catsford Allan.
Catsford Allan which tired over the concluding stages, was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
