A pre race sample was taken from Big Bubbles.

Aremac Igor was slow to begin. Lakeview Isla checked off Hurricane Craig approaching the first turn. Big Bubbles checked off Itz Hooroo Adios and collided with Hurricane Craig approaching the first turn severely checking Itz Hooroo Adios and Johnny Bullet; Itz Hooroo Adios contacted the running rail and Johnny Bullet raced wide as a result. Hurricane Craig checked off Aremac Igor in the home straight. Big Bubbles and Stellar Flash collided approaching the winning post.

Itz Hooroo Adios was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
