Stewards spoke to Ms J. Riley, the handler of Apple Cyder regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Apple Cyder last raced on 16/12/2016.Ms Riley stated that the greyhound was returning from a spell.
A pre-race sample was taken from Robs Rocket.
Robs Rocket and Riclesky were slow to begin.
Always Alone and Mr. Pendles collided soon after the start. Cosmic Fox and Riclesky collided on the first turn and both raced wide. Always Alone and Where's Marcia collided on the first turn.
