Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Doused In Mud.
Doused In Mud, Allen Unther and Coffee Boy were quick to begin. Light The Track, Shall She Cindy, My Echidna and Destini Montana were slow to begin.
Shall She Cindy checked off Purple Hand soon after the start. Destini Montana, My Echidna and Shall She Cindy collided on the first turn. Destini Montana checked off Shall She Cindy several times approaching the second turn checking My Echidna. Coffee Boy and Allen Unther collided on the second turn. Light The Track and Coffee Boy collided approaching the home turn checking Light The Track. Doused In Mud and Shall She Cindy collided entering the home straight.
Stewards spoke to Mr Charlie Pirotta and Witness (Mr C. Kass, Mr P. Borradale, Ms J. McDonald and Mr P. Leonard), Stewards subsequently charged Mr Pirotta with a breach of GAR48 in that he failed to be in attendance at the catching pen prior to this event for the purpose of catching the greyhound Allen Unther. Mr Pirotta pleaded not guilty to the charge, after considering the evidences including Mr Pirotta previous histroy, Stewards found Mr Pirotta guilty as charged and fined him $100.00.
