Grey Magic and Boydy collided on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.

Why Not Josie was quick to begin.  Jobes Return, Jen's Magic and Bye Bye Boy were slow to begin.  

Jen's Magic and Jobes Return collided soon after the start.  Essay Bound, Miss Kirteish and Shadae collided soon after the start.  Essay Bound galloped on Miss Kirteish on the first turn severely checking Essay Bound and Jobes Return.  Jobes Return and Jen's Magic collided on the first turn.  Miss Kirteish and Shadae collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Too Fly was quick to begin.  Why Not Senor and Apila Cash were slow to begin.

Apila Cash hit the running rail on the first turn and stumbled as a result.  Crystal Shell galloped on White Line Lass on the first turn checking Miss Oreo Mac, Crystal Shell, Miss Premier and severely checking White Line Lass and Too Fly.  Miss Oreo Mac and White Line Lass approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Miss Oreo Mac and Too Fly collided on the home turn.

Apila Cash was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration injury, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Jaso.

Jaso was slow to begin.

Jaso crossed to the rail soon after the start and checked off Dipped In Ink.  Jaso checked off Bonta Magic on the first turn.  Bonta Magic contacted the running rail entering the home straight and collided with Jaso, checking Jaso with Bonta Magic subsequently falling.

Bonta Magic was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left monkey and left metalasal abrasion, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Jaso was vetted following the following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey and right foreleg shin soreness, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Tiggerlong Ray.

This race was delayed by approximately 2 minutes due to Tiggerlong Ray's pre-race vet check.

Destini Montana and Tiggerlong Ray were slow to begin.

Maggie's Alone and Diesel Turbo collided soon after the start.  Our Gal Livy, Angelic Hand and Coffee Boy collided approaching the first turn.  Angelic Hand, Maggie's Alone, Coffee Boy and Purple Hand collided on the first turn.  Diesel Turbo and Purple Hand collided approaching the second turn.  Diesel Turbo checked off Angelic Hand on the third turn.  Diesel Turbo and Coffee Boy collided approaching the home turn.

Nifty Neville was slow to begin.

He's Ma Bro, Van Damm and Paddles Anderson collided soon after the start.  Kim Kadash and Shakey Jet collided soon after the start.  Kim Kadash and Shakey Jet collided approaching the first turn checking Kim Kadash.  Nifty Neville galloped on He's Ma Bro approaching the first turn, Nifty Neville subsequently fell.  He's Ma Bro and Paddles Anderson collided on the first turn.  Shakey Jet checked off Greenback Boogie approaching the third turn.

Stewards spoke with Mr A. Hunter and issued him a severe reprimand for failing to have his greyhound vetted and leaving the race course without steward’s permission. GAR 42(2).

Division Four and Mister Heeney were slow to begin.

Mister Brown, Philo Bale and Erelda Bale collided soon after the start.  Lochinvar Rox checked off Mighty Bree approaching the first turn.  Division Four, Erelda Bale and Lochinvar Rox collided on the first turn.  Philo Bale galloped on Mighty Bree on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Erelda Bale checked off Mighty Bree on the first turn severely checking Lochinvar Rox and Mister Heeny.

Lochinvar Rox was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right pencil injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Mighty Bree was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Ms M. Boyle and issued her with a warning for failing to catch the greyhound Mi Blue Day in this event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Shanlyn Pippin.

Shanlyn Pippin was quick to begin.  Ya Welcome and Soxy were slow to begin.

Really Magic and Ya Welcome collided on the first turn checking Ya Welcome, Tiger Butch and Why Not Mick causing Gee Callan to fall and checking Soxy as a result.  Ya Welcome and Tiger Butch collided approaching the home turn.

Gee Callan was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist abrasion, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre-race sample was taken from Podium Babe.

Bob's Gift was quick to begin.  Kev's Fantasy and Why Not Barrel were slow to begin.

Zipping Moss and Half Moon Rising collided on the first turn. Bob's Gift and Podium Babe collided on the first turn checking Bob's Gift, severely checking Scott Cosmic and Hit 'N' Split, Scott Cosmic fell as a result.  Why Not Barrel checked off Bob's Gift approaching the home turn.  Podium Babe and Zipping Moss collided entering the home straight.

Scott Cosmic was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke with Mr K. Ward and reminded him of reasonability’s that he shouldn't attract the attention of any greyhound once they have been placed in the starting boxes. GAR 51(10)(c).

Try Me and Dee Big Rig were slow to begin.

Mini Tron and Galloping Ashley collided soon after the start.  Deep Court and Mini Tron collided on the first turn checking Mini Tron and Dee Big Rig.

Arvo's Violet was a late scratching at 6.18pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to an injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Our Miss Deena and Cosmic Shiraz was quick to begin.  Henry's Fault was slow to begin.

Kingston Earl and Fipa Middleton collided soon after the start checking Fipa Middleton.  Cosmic Shiraz clipped the heels of Our Miss Deena soon after the start checking Cosmic Shiraz.  Kingston Earl and Marodo collided approaching the first turn checking Kingston Earl.  Our Miss Deena checked off Marodo on the first turn checking Henry's Fault.  Cosmic Shiraz and Fipa Middleton collided on the home turn.

Satisfactory Trial Results -Doused In Mud trialled over the 520 mtrs from box 1, weight 27.9kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 30.83, the greyhound won by a margin of 7.5 lengths. Doused In Mud was Cleared.
