Steward's Report
Meeting Comments:
Kennels closed 9 minutes late due to the late arrival of the on course veterinarian.
Mahalo Belle and Walk Woody Walk collided soon after the start. Daicos Magic, Dyna Nami and Monster Roar collided soon after the start, severely checking Dyna Nami, which stumbled and lost ground as a result. Monster Roar checked off Walk Woody Walk approaching the first turn. Dyna Nami and Monster Roar collided several times approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Ian Murray, the trainer of Mahalo Belle regarding his failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing. Stewards charged Mr. Murray with a breach of GAR 46(2) in that he failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound Mahalo Belle. Mr. Murray pleaded guilty to the charge. Mr. Murray was found guilty and fined the sum of $100. Subsequent to the inquiry, Mr Murray relinquished his Trainers licence to Stewards. Pursuant to LR11.4 Stewards proceeded to cancel Mr Murray's registration from that time.
