Steward's Report
Flaws And Sins, Perry Markeri and Owned By Clowns were quick to begin.
Flaws And Sins (turned its head outwards and visibly eased approaching the winning post) underwent a post-race veterinary examination, was re-examined following race 6, and was found to have left triceps and left deltoid injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr. Dallan Klemke regarding Flaws And Sins' racing manners. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Flaws And Sins was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Klemke pleaded guilty to the charge. Flaws And Sins must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
