Steward's Report
Capital Cruise and Terry Tibbs collided soon after the start. Larah's Wish, Grave Digger, Capital Cruise and Dyna Carnage collided on the first turn checking Larah's Wish, Capital Cruise and Dyna Carnage and severely checking Grave Digger. Larah's Wish severely checked off Dyna Carnage approaching the home turn. Terry Tibbs veered in and marred Symmetry Lad in the home straight.
Stewards spoke to R. Tartaglia the trainer of the greyhound Terry Tibbs. The trainer declined to have the greyhound vetted. Acting under GAR69(1)stewards charged Terry Tibbs with marring and suspended the greyhound for 12 months (all tracks) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR69(2)(c), before any future nomination will be accepted.
After the running of this race the Judge semaphored the numbers 6 3 2 7 without the dead heat symbol. This was corrected immediately and prior to all clear being given.
