Ty's Little Lad and Suspicious James collided approaching the home turn severely checking Suspicious James and Ty's Little Lad, Ty's Little Lad stumbled as a result.

Ty's Little Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that greyhound sustained an injury to the left monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Kerser was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Suspicious James was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fracture to the hind leg and was humanely euthanised.

Scintillating, Dynamo's Gift and Multi King collided soon after the start. Ennis Bale, Hold On Beau and Relief Plus collided soon after the start. Multi King contacted the running rail on the first turn. Ennis Bale and Hold On Beau collided approaching the home turn. Relief Plus raced wide and eased on the home turn.  Hold On Beau checked off Multi King approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Kevin Chivell the trainer of the greyhound Relief Plus. Relief Plus was vetted and re-vetted following event 6, it was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left thigh, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Acting under GAR69(B)(1), the stewards charged Relief Plus with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR69(B)(1)(a), before any future nomination will be accepted.

Belena Prince was slow to begin.

Oxley Legend crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Bookaboo and Mahogany Diamond. Rusty Peg checked off Bomber Attack approaching the first turn checking Belena Prince. Live Wire crossed to the rails on the first turn checking Ronny Colins and Bomber Attack. Belena Prince and Bookaboo collided approaching the home turn.

 Premier Porscha and Interrogated were quick to begin. South Duke was slow to begin.

Spot On Jane and Peter Pettigrew collided approaching the first turn. Spot On Jane, Peter Pettigrew and Ronrho collided on the first turn checking Peter Pettigrew. Spot On Jane and Ronrho collided approaching the home turn. Southwood Duke and Interrogated collided entering the home straight. Spot On Jane crossed to the outside in the home straight checking Ronrho. Peter Pettigrew and Interrogated collided in the home straight checking Interrogated.

Perfect Flash was a late scratching at 8.54a.m. due to injury. (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Speed Series and Sapporo were quick to begin. Buckle Up Myke, Soldier Spy and Renegade Chief were slow to begin.

Sweet Millions checked off Hot Thomeli approaching the home turn severely checking Renegade Chief, which fell as a result. Mepunga Locky and Hot Thomeli collided in the home straight.

Dyna Dieter, Young Hawke and Hanify's Ruler collided on the first turn checking Dyna Dieter and Young Hawke causing Dyna Dieter to stumble as result. Kingston Bounty and Born On Lava collided on the first turn checking Born On Lava. Dyna Dieter checked off Young Hawke on the second turn. Young Hawke checked off Great Spartacus on the home turn.

Victa Bale was quick to begin.

Capital Cruise and Terry Tibbs collided soon after the start. Larah's Wish, Grave Digger, Capital Cruise and Dyna Carnage collided on the first turn checking Larah's Wish, Capital Cruise and Dyna Carnage and severely checking Grave Digger. Larah's Wish severely checked off Dyna Carnage approaching the home turn. Terry Tibbs veered in and marred Symmetry Lad in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to R. Tartaglia the trainer of the greyhound Terry Tibbs. The trainer declined to have the greyhound vetted. Acting under GAR69(1)stewards charged Terry Tibbs with marring and suspended the greyhound for 12 months (all tracks) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR69(2)(c), before any future nomination will be accepted.

After the running of this race the Judge semaphored the numbers 6 3 2 7 without the dead heat symbol. This was corrected immediately and prior to all clear being given.

Our Lucky Day and Lively Laddie were slow to begin.
