Steward's Report
Sunraysia Phil was slow to begin.
Kiara, Paddy's Junior, Far Too Many and Dyna Mike collided soon after the start checking Paddy's Junior and Kiara. Kiara, Paddy's Junior and Sunraysia Phil collided on the first turn checking Paddy's Junior and Sunraysia Phil. Glam Turismo, Far Too Many and Dyna Mike collided approaching the home turn checking Glam Turismo. Dyna Mike and Tequila Sun collided in the home straight. Far Too Many veered out and marred the running of Dyna Mike in the home straight.
Far Too Many was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both thighs and the left tricep and a spike wound to the right hind toe. A 30 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. M.Gibbons, the handler of the greyhound Far Too Many. Acting under GAR 69(1)(a), stewards charges Far Too Many with marring and suspending the greyhound for 28 days at Ballarat and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
