Galloping Nikki was slow to begin.
Mo Daniher, Bella Rhode, Brooklyn Skye and Bulldog Warrior collided approaching the first turn, checking Brooklyn Skye. Galloping Nikki raced wide approaching the home turn. Bella Rhode and Bulldog Warrier collided in the home straight, checking Bella Rhode.
Galloping Nikki trailed the field throughout and was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a thoraco lumbar injury. A five-day stand down period was imposed.
