A pre-race sample was taken from Dewana Express and Stevron Autos upon arrival on course, prior to kennelling.
A pre-race sampel was taken from Where's Dex Star.
Omega Brittany was quick to begin. Dr. Poppel and Stevron Autos were slow to begin. Where's Dex Star crossed in in soon after the start checking Dr. Poppel. Monster Jam Jack and Where's Dex Star collided on the first turn checking Where's Dex Star. Monster Jam Jack and Dewana Express collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking Dewana Express. Monster Jam Jack and Dewana Express collided on the third turn.
Monster Jam Jack was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
