Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Waycott, the trainer of Hard Wicket regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Hard Wicket last raced on 30th of October, 2016. Mr. Waycott stated that the greyhound is returning to racing following a toe injury to the left fore foot.
Mr. Swan and Hard Wicket were slow to begin. Mister Campo and Midnight Caviar collided soon after the start. Sunday Sipper and Mister Campo collided soon after the start. Swift Ruby checked off Dance Craze on the first turn. Sunday Sipper and Mister Campo collided on the first turn. Mister Campo and Hard Wicket raced wide on the home turn.
