Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Tiny Dreamer upon arrival on course, prior to kennelling.
Stewards declared this event a no race pursuant to GAR 57(1) after Dr. Yuki iniitally turned in the boxes then joined the race on the home turn severely interferring with the leading greyhound Megellas Fairy.
Dr. Yuki was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Stewards established that Dr. Yuki turned in the boxes. Acting under GAR 52(1) Dr. Yuki was placed on a satisfactory trial all tracks.
Following viewing the official race footage Stewards acting under GAR 57(2)(a) declared Megellas Fairy and Aston Powers were exempt from the ballot for the final, both runners will compete in the final to be run on Saturday 11/03/17.
