The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Fipa Narchi and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 1:29pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms. B. Panetta was fined the sum of $100.
Faith No More was quick to begin. Swift Damian, Why Not George and Full Blown Turbo collided soon after the start. Why Not George checked off Full Blown Turbo on the first turn. Beksun and Swift Damian collided approaching the second turn. Why Not George raced wide in the home straight.
