Hard Bargain, My Silver Chisel, Dom Daisy and Jack Walker collided soon after the start checking Dom Daisy. Spring Bumblebee and Connemara Black collided approaching the first turn. Hard Bargain checked off Jack Walker approaching the first turn checking My Silver Chisel. Dom Daisy and Spring Bumblebee collided approaching the first turn. Rack Tap Rack checked off Jack Walker on the first turn checking Tronnie Oldfield. My Silver Chisel checked off Dom Daisy on the first turn. Dom Daisy raced wide in the home straight.
Rack Tap Rack which lost considerable ground and contacted the running rail approaching the home turn was vetted and revetted following race 12. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both triceps. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
