Nockabout Aussie and Here's Archie collided soon after the start. Nockabout Aussie and Oakstar collided on the first turn checking Oakstar. Here's Archie galloped on the heels of Fabstar on the first turn checking What's Up Herbie and severely checking Fabstar. Nockabout Aussie and Here's Archie collided several times in the home straight causing both greyhounds to become unbalanced.
Fabstar was vetted following the event. It was reported that they greyhound sustained an injury to the left quadricep. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Oakstar was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right tricep and right quadricep. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
