Steward's Report
Sally's Start and Bingo Sally were slow to begin. Little Makril was very slow to begin (6 lengths).
Sally's Cookie checked off Deadly Arilla aproaching the first turn and collided with Bingo Sally resulting in Sally's Cookie loosing further ground. Oriental Prince contacted the rail on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Little Makril and Oriental Prince collided approaching the home turn. Deadly Arrilla raced wide approaching the winning post.
Little Makril was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Oriental Prince was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury and a small laceration to the left quadricep. A 3 day stand down period was issued.
Stewards spoke to D Fisher the trainer of Little Makril which was very slow to begin and advised him that if the greyhound were to perform in a similiar fashion, more serious action may be taken. A warning was issued.
