A pre-race sample was taken from Saloon Princess.
Arvo's Violet was quick to begin. Nat was slow to begin. Dr. Ripped crossed to the inside soon after the start severely checking Saloon Princess and Nat. Select Sanz and Never Satisfied collided on the first turn checking Select Sanz. Select Sanz and Fairy Tiger collided approaching the home turn checking Fairy Tiger. Nat galloped on the heels of Dr. Ripped approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Nat checked off Saloon Princess entering the home straight.
