Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Stately Kay.
Black Selandra, Pappa Gallo and I'm Pumped were slow to begin. Gotta Permit and Stately Kay collided approaching the first turn checking Gotta Permit. Stately Kay and Aston Tulloch collided on the first turn checking Aston Tulloch. Pappa Gallo and I'm Pumped collided on the first turn checking I'm Pumped. Choclotto and Aston Tulloch collided approaching the home turn checking Aston Tulloch. I'm Pumped faltered approaching the home turn and subsequently tailed off. Stately Kay and Mo Green collided approaching the home turn. Black Selandra raced wide on the home turn.
I'm Pumped was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right back muscle. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
