A pre race sample was taken from Maximum Maddy.
Ravel, Blazing lane and Loosey Jabna were slow to begin. Ravel, Maximum Maddy and Miss Barbados collided soon after the start. Ravel and Maximum Maddy collided approaching the first turn. All Inn Menphis and Loosey Jabna collided approaching the first turn. Filius Flitwick and Pure Sacrifice collided on the first turn and again on the home turn. Pure Sacrifice and All Inn Menphis collided on the home turn and again in the home straight checking All Inn Menphis.
All Inn Menphis was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right triangle injury. A stand down period of 3 days was imposed.
