Steward's Report

The boxes failed to open due to a technical malfunction. All greyhounds were re-vetted and declared fit to race.
Flash Fizz was slow to begin.
Flash Fizz checked off Homecoming Queen soon after the start. Karanji and Homecoming Queen collided on the first turn. Mission Complete, Sisco Turbo and Alpe D'Huez collided on the first turn. Alpe D'Huez faltered on the second turn. Flash Fizz and Homecoming Queen collided on the second turn.
Alpe D'Huez was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a dropped right hind back muscle. A 28 stand down period was imposed.
